Photos of what I ate in Africa. What good are animals if you can't eat them?
Just kidding. Sort of.
 | | Kudu - Tastes ok, but a little like liver. |
 | | Warthog - This was good, I had it in a large puff pastry served at La Petite Ferme ("A choux pastry puff filled with gruére fondue, warthog bresoala and brandy soaked apricot and prune compote") |
 | | Impala - Best preparation was "carpaccio", most likely cold-smoked actually, served at our accomodations in the Pilanesberg Park |
 | | Ostrich - Tastes like beef with out the boring beef flavor. |
 | | Springbok - Good, but fairly forgettable. |
