Photos of what I ate in Africa. What good are animals if you can't eat them?

Just kidding. Sort of.

Kudu - Tastes ok, but a little like liver.
Warthog - This was good, I had it in a large puff pastry served at La Petite Ferme ("A choux pastry puff filled with gruére fondue, warthog bresoala and brandy soaked apricot and prune compote")
Impala - Best preparation was "carpaccio", most likely cold-smoked actually, served at our accomodations in the Pilanesberg Park
Ostrich - Tastes like beef with out the boring beef flavor.
Springbok - Good, but fairly forgettable.
